Attention: Phones sent in for service must not contain personal data or be password-protected. Otherwise, the phone will be returned to the customer for proper handling.
Products sent in for service must not be logged into iCloud, MI, Gmail accounts, etc., or have active passwords or fingerprints; otherwise, they will be returned to the owner. Breaking passwords and security accounts is strictly prohibited.
We are not responsible for defects arising later or during service procedures for products that have come into contact with liquids or have signs of mechanical shock (cracked or shattered casing, display, or cracked screen), as these defects may be exacerbated due to service procedures (gluing or ungluing).
We are not responsible for data loss from the phone during hardware or software repair procedures.
The service reception report is drawn up based on the AWB with the date indicated on the shipping document at the time of receipt at the service unit.
If the customer needs to keep the replaced defective parts, they must communicate this to the service unit at the time of repair approval; otherwise, the parts will be disposed of.
