Telefonul nu corespunde normelor si calitatii prezentate in reclame si anunturile de pe Dualstore.
Serviciile post vanzare sunt de o calitate foarte slaba. Dupa ce il cumperi nu mai esti client deci in alt platitor al unui produs fraudulos.
Produsul este prezentate si vandut ca a fi cu dubla protectie pentru ecran si rezistent la socuri, lovituri. La un impact superficial ecranul s-a facut praf.
Admin: Raspuns: Buna ziua, garantia nu acopera ecrane sparte, lovituri, indori etc. Nici o companie de pe lumea asta nu ofera astfel de
garantie.
Pentru asa ceva ar trebui un casco, sunt servicii care acopera astfel de daune.
Garantia acopera defectele de fabricatie nu cele provocate. Telefonul are protectie IP68, IP69K (o anumita rezistenta la apa si praf) nici decum la socuri etc. Ecranul este sticla nu este din titan. Pentru celalalt aspect, Ati trimis telefonul in service pentru reparatie? nu vi s-a raspuns la mail-uri? nu s-a oferit cost de reparatie? Atentie: nu putem face totul pe loc.
